On the men's side, Spalding's Tobias Rice delivered a standout individual result, finishing 4th overall with a time of 21:32.9. Following closely, Wyatt Frye crossed the line 10th in 22:12.4, and Caleb Stinson added a strong effort in 22:13.4 for 22nd place. Rounding out Scoring for the team, Noah Stinson came in 38th at 25:28.9. Together, these performances helped anchor Spalding's presence in the men's field.
Meanwhile, the Spalding women's squad worked together cohesively in the 5 km, earning 4th place out of five teams with a total team time of 2:21:49 and an average of 28:21 per runner. On the individual front, Bailey Haws was the Golden Eagles' top finisher, placing 7th with a time of 23:29.5. Reganne Piercy followed in 9th place, clocking 23:53.9, and Avory Hamblen chipped in with 14th place in 27:26.3. Further back, Hannah Tapscott finished 23rd in 32:52.0, and Azra Sahingoz rounded out the scoring pack with 25th place in 34:08.2.
Spalding's cross-country teams demonstrated early-season form and internal pack strength.
