NCAA Division III Great Lakes Cross Country Regional Championships
Spalding University and the Louisville Sports Commission are serving as hosts for the 2025 NCAA Division III Great Lakes Cross Country Regional Championships. The 2025 Men's and Women's Regional Championships are held Saturday, November 15, 2025 at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park, 3000 Freys Hill Road in Louisville, Kentucky.

This marks the first time the NCAA Division III Great Lakes Cross Country Championships will take place in the city of Louisville, and marks the fourth time Spalding has and NCAA have hosted a postseason event in Louisville previously hosting the D3 national championships in 2016, 2019 and 2021.

MEET SCHEDULE
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Practice/Course Inspection at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park.
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Packet pickup at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park Recreation Building Gym.
 
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15
8:00 AM: Credential Pickup at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park Recreation Building Gym. Contact Gunner Mahoney (Spalding SID) at 502-994-3261 if you have any questions.
8:00 AM: Course Opens
8:40 AM: Clerking Begins
10:00 AM: Men's 8K Race
11:00 AM: Women's 6K Race
After women's race; Awards ceremony will take place at the stage near the finish line.

Tickets/Spectator Parking: Parking will be onsite at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park (3000 Freys Hill Road, Louisville, Kentucky 40241). All spectator traffic will enter the park via the Westport Road entrance. 

Parking is $10 per car. 

Admission to the event is free. 

No pets (unless service dog) or bikes are allowed at E.P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park.
