WILMINGTON, Ohio. - The Spalding University Golden Eagles cross country teams turned in a determined effort at the Jenna Strong CC Fall Classic in Wilmington, Ohio, on October 17, 2025. Against a deep field of regional programs, both the men's and women's squads showcased grit and consistency as they continued to build momentum heading into the final stretch of the fall season.

On the women's side, the Golden Eagles were led by Bessie Kelley, who clocked a time of 22:34.5 in the 5K race, pacing Spalding with another strong individual showing. Reganne Piercy followed close behind, finishing with a solid 23:06.4, while Azra Sahingoz rounded out the team's effort with a 29:07.8.
