The Office of Athletics Compliance is dedicated to promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and rules education throughout Spalding University Athletics. Working collaboratively with student-athletes, coaches, administrators, campus partners, alumni, and supporters, the Compliance Office helps ensure adherence to NCAA Division III, conference, and institutional regulations while supporting the overall success of our athletics programs.
The Compliance Office strives to:
- Educate student-athletes, coaches, staff, and campus stakeholders on NCAA, conference, and University rules.
- Develop and administer policies and procedures that support institutional compliance.
- Monitor athletics activities to promote continued adherence to applicable regulations.
- Provide timely guidance and resources to help prevent rules violations before they occur.
Compliance is a shared responsibility. Every individual associated with Spalding Athletics contributes to protecting the eligibility of our student-athletes and upholding the integrity of the University and its athletics programs. Because institutions are responsible for the actions of coaches, staff, student-athletes, alumni, boosters, and supporters, it is essential that questions are asked before decisions are made.
The information provided on this page is intended to serve as a general resource regarding NCAA Division III, conference, and Spalding University compliance policies and procedures.
