LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Spalding baseball team landed five players on the 2025-26 CSC Academic All-District Team, selected by College Sports Communicators.
Holden Caplinger,
AJ Lopez,
Jimmy Caldwell,
Jesse Walter, and
Joshua Wilmot represented the baseball program.
To be nominated for the award, a student-athlete must be a sophomore, junior, or senior with a minimum 3.5 grade-point average. Eligible nominees must compete in 90 percent of the institution's games played OR must start in at least 66 percent of the institution's games. For pitchers, a student-athlete must have made at least 17 appearances OR pitched 35 innings.
