Women's Cross Country earns Fourth in the SLIAC Preseason Poll

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Spalding women's cross country is selected to finish fourth in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) this year, according to the 2024 SLIAC coaches preseason poll. 

The Golden Eagles were fourth in the poll with 42 points. Greenville came in first place with 64 points and eight first-place votes. Lyon came in second with 53 points and one vote for first place. Principia wrapped up the top three with 44 points. 

The 2024 SLIAC Cross Country Championship will be held on November 2nd in St. Louis, Missouri. The Golden Eagles will start their season at the Wild Witt Exhibition in Springfield, Ohio, on August 30th.
