BEREA, Ky. – The Spalding women's cross country team competed in the Berea/Centre Cross Country Jamboree at Berea College over the weekend.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Sophomore Victoria Shedron led the pack of Golden Eagles placing 12th navigating the two-mile course in 12:45.
- Haley Nestor and Kyla Sipes rounded out Spalding's three individual entrants. Nestor, a sophomore, crossed the finish in 15:57, while the freshman Sipes clocked a time of 18:09.
FOR THE FOES
- Centre took the team crown with 21 points, while the Colonels Hallie Searcy took the top spot in the individual standings with a time of 12:03.

- The Golden Eagles will be back in action on Saturday, September 14 competing at the Berea Invitational.
