ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Spalding women's volleyball is selected to finish sixth in the St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) this year, according to the 2026 SLIAC coaches preseason poll. 

Spalding University received 11 points from league coaches, putting them sixth in the poll. The Golden Eagles are led by Head Coach Todd Garvey. When to comment about the season Garvey said "I'm really excited about the progress we made this Spring, as well as the new players we've added this season. I'm looking forward to getting started, continuing to build our culture, and seeing how mch we can grow and improve throughout the season. We know we have our work cut out for us, but we are looking forward to the challenge."
