CARMEL, Ind. - Two Spalding University's men's lacrosse team players earned Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference (HCLC) All-Conference honors.
Nicolas Guzman and
Xzayvyon Isom were named to the All-Conference Second Team.
Sophomore Guzman had a career year, scoring 31 goals and three assists. He shot an impressive 80.3% with shots on goal. Sophomore Isom also had a career year, scoring 18 goals and seven assists.
This is Guzman's and Isom's first All-Conference award.Â
The Golden Eagles finished the regular season with a 2-12 record and a conference record of 1-4. Spalding had a historic season, grabbing its first win and the first conference win in program history.
