DANVILLE, Ky. – Despite their efforts and the misfortune for the Colonels of receiving a red card early in the match the Golden Eagles were unable to continue their win streak falling to Centre College, 2-0, Sunday evening at Amend Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Both captains Tenko Kono and Kornell Hilliard each got off two shots with one a piece coming on frame for the Golden Eagles.
- Yellow cards were also issued to Abdi Hussein (62') and Jacob Bass (86').
- Jude Louis (7-2-0) drops his second game of the year in net with facing 11 shots on frame while recording nine saves for Spalding.
 
FOR THE FOES
- The first goal for the Colonels came from Xavier Tomlin (26').
- Centre was hit by a double yellow card that resulted in Carson Hart being ejected from the game in the first half (36').
- Royce Pope put away the second goal for the Colonels in the second half (56').
- Bailey Spade (6-3-0), earns a shutout in his efforts allowing no goals with two saves for Centre.
