2019 Season
In his senior year, Hilliard started in all but one game for Spalding. The forward scored 18 goals and passed seven assists, earning First Team All-Central Region honors as well as SLIAC Offensive Player of the Year honors.

2018 Season
As a junior, Hilliard earned SLIAC First Team All-Conference honors. The forward played in 19 games, starting in 18. He ranked second in the following categories: goals (18), assists (7), points (43), and shots (90).  Hilliard had three game winning goals on the season for the Golden Eagles. ?? 

2017 Season
In his sophomore season, Hilliard was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-Region Team, as well as earned SLIAC First Team All-Conference honors. The forward started in all 17 games for the Golden Eagles and was among the best in the SLIAC in offensive statistics ranking second in points (37), goals (15), assists (7) and shots (65). Hilliard highlighted his season earning a hat trick and two assists in Spalding season opening 9-0 win over Bluffton.  

2016 Season
In his first season as a Golden Eagle, Hilliard appeared in 19 games and started in 10 during the 2016 season. He earned a total of 28 points for his 11 goals and six assists. Hilliard ranked 1st in the conference for assists, 3rd in the conference for points and shots, and 3rd in conference for number of goal-winning goals. Hilliard was also awarded SLIAC Offensive Player of the Week for earning four total points during the win over Eureka which earned Spalding the sixth consecutive win. He also earned a spot on the SLIAC Second Team All-Conference.
