ANGOLA, Ind. – The Spalding men's basketball team wrapped up the St. Andrews Products Classic with a thrilling 59-58 win over Adrian College.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Golden Eagles trailed by four at the half, 32-28, due to 10 first half turnovers allowing the Bulldogs to score 11 points off turnovers over the first 20 minutes. In the second half, the Golden Eagles trailed by nine points with 9:14 to play, but went on a 12-2 run over the next six minutes to take a 57-56 lead on a
Troy Amanor tip-in at the 3:00 mark. Neither team scored over the next two minutes until Adrian's Jeremy Kalonji knocked down a jumper with 48 seconds to go to put the Bulldogs on top 58-57. Following a timeout,
Dominique Ellis drained a jumper in the paint to put the Golden Eagles on top, 59-58.

Marcus Montgomery led the Golden Eagles with 19 points going 3-of-4 from beyond the arc.
Troy Amanor fell a rebound short of a double-double tallying 13 points and nine rebounds.
FOR THE FOES
- Jeremy Kalonji paced Adrian with 24 points, while Jordan Harris added 15 points.
