As a former professional volleyball and beach volleyball player with over 10 years of competitive experience in Brazil, Alexandre competed at a high level in both indoor and beach volleyball, developing strong technical skills, tactical awareness, and a deep understanding of the sport.
His experience in Brazil’s highly competitive volleyball environment shaped discipline, teamwork, and performance mindset. Transitioning between indoor and beach volleyball allowed to build versatility, adaptability, and resilience, qualities that continue to define his professional approach today. With a solid foundation in elite training, competition, and athletic development, coach Alexandre brings valuable insights into high-performance sports, leadership, and collaboration both on and off the court.
In 2024-2025, helped Georgetown Men’s Volleyball to become River States Regular Season and Tournament Champions and appearing on Nationals.Â
Coach Leite also brings experience coaching at the club and high school levels, focused on player development and team growth.
