ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Takeiyah Conn of women's track has earned St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Field Athlete of the Week, the conference announced Monday.

This past weekend, Conn competed in weight throw at the Bellarmine Invite. She placed 14th out of a field of 31 throwers. Conn had a mark of 41'11 which is second in SLIAC.

This is the first SLIAC Player of the Week award of 2026 for the Spalding Women's Track season.

The Golden Eagles' next meet is Saturday, January 24th. SU will participate in the Centre Indoor Showcase.
