ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Spalding University women's soccer grabbed third in the 2025 St Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) preseason coaches poll, the league announced Wednesday.
Spalding University was picked third in the poll with 49 points after going 11-5-3 overall last season. Head Coach
Jordan Vejar brings back eight starters including the SLIAC's leading scorer
Emma Livingston. The senior put up 13 goals and 3 assists to pace the league and earn First Team All-Conference honors.
Elle Trentman is a three-year starter and was named Third Team All-Conference and is joined on defense by
Claira Andrews and
Trinity Bauwens, forming one of the most experienced groups in the league.
Karolyn Lighthall and
Melaney Frick will once again play key roles while
Taylor Zebarth continues to progress at her defensive position. Emerson Kim, a transfer, will push for minutes.
The 2025Â SLIAC Women's Soccer Tournament will begin November 1st.
