RICHMOND, Ind. - Alexis Seay picked up her first win as Spalding women's golf took second at the Forest Hills Invitational.

Seay shot a 83 and 81 for a 164, which placed her in a tie for first place. Jordan Harris finished third, shooting 85 and 82 for a 167. Madison Harding collected the final top 10 finish for SU after shooting 93 and 79 for a total of 172 and a spot in seventh place. 

Madison Elder (95-90-185) and Bailey Birdsell (94-94-188) landed top 20 finishes. Elder landed 16th and Birdsell earned 18th place. 

Mount St. Joseph College won the event with a total of 686. Spalding earned second falling just shy of first with a total score of 687.

The Golden Eagles take on the SLIAC Championship Tournament at Metamora Fields Golf Club next. Play runs Oct. 8-10.
