LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Spalding soccer programs landed eight honorees on the 2022 CSC Academic All-District Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators.

Women's Soccer led the way for Golden Eagle honorees with eight. Sophomore Olivia Bosch (goalkeeper), senior Shelby Deering (midfield), sophomore Kara Krueger (midfielder), junior Tayler Mahoney (midfielder), junior Jordan Schneider (goalkeeper), and junior Baeli Young (forward).

Men's Soccer had two honorees. Senior Caleb Jackson (defender) and junior Adrian Oyler (defender) took home the honor.

To be nominated for the award, a student-athlete must be a sophomore, junior, or senior with a minimum 3.5 grade-point average and participate in at least 50 percent of their team's games. The student-athlete must also be a starter or important reserve for their team. All eligible nominees receive Academic All-District recognition and advance to the national ballot.
