ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Spalding men's soccer team dropped a road contest to Webster, 3-0, Saturday in St. Louis, Mo. With the loss the Golden Eagles drop to 8-6-1 on the season and 7-3-0 in SLIAC play.
 
The Gorloks jumped out to a 2-0 lead on a pair of first half goals by Mark Moore in the 29^th and 31^st minutes. The Golden Eagles had opportunities in the with shots on-goal in the 4^th minute and 36^th minute, but Gorlok keeper Matt Coffey was in position to make saves on both attempts. Webster's Colby Kapp scored in the 80^th minute to put the game out of reach.  
 
Assan Gueye suffered his first loss of the season allowing three goals while collecting two saves.
