Marcus Montgomery.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Spalding started off slow, getting to a 20-point deficit to the Panthers. At 9:10,
Marcus Montgomery drained a three-pointer to start a come-back for the Golden Eagles. They were able to cut the lead down to eight points going into the half.
- The second half began similar to the first with the Panthers getting back to a 17-point lead. With 11:35 left in the half,
Braeden Warren secured a layup, followed quickly by a three-pointer by
Mitchell Prince to get the Golden Eagles down to just a two point deficit.
- Spalding kept fighting, but it wasn't enough to overtake the Panthers, who ultimately won 145-133.
- The Golden Eagles were led by
Marcus Montgomery who secured a Spalding and SLIAC record of 55 points.
Jaiquan Edwards followed with 24 points, six rebounds, and two blocks.
Troy Amanor gained a double-double for the night with 14 points and 13 rebounds.

- Sontiago Grady led the Panthers with 26 points and four steals.
