FULTON, Mo. – The Golden Eagles dropped both games of a doubleheader at SLIAC leading Westminster, 5-2 and 5-1, Friday in Fulton, Mo.

GAME ONE HIGHLIGHTS
Trailing 5-0 in the third, Ally Klein singled to left field driving in Jennifer Peffley and moving Grace Sweat to third. Sweat advanced home on an error catcher for Spaldng's final run of the game.
GAME ONE STATS
Ally Klein and Olivia Carter led the Golden Eagles at the plate each tallying two hits.
Amber Kilburn (5-9) suffered the loss allowing five runs, four earned, on 11 hits in 6.0 innings pitched.
FOR THE FOES
Lailey led the Blue Jays going 3-for-4, while Tepen drove in a team-high three runs.
Price (12-18) earned the win holding SU to two runs, one earned, on five hits, while striking out seven batters, in a complete game effort.
GAME TWO HIGHLIGHTS
Spalding took a 1-0 lead with a run in the top of the first. Ally Klein led off with a single, stole second and scored on a Grace Sweat single to center field. Despite the fast start, the Golden Eagles bats went cold failing to score the remainder of the game.
GAME TWO STATS
Freshman Abby Booker went a team-best 2-for-3 at the plate.
Olivia Carter (9-4) took the loss allowing five runs, on 10 hits, in 6.0 innings pitched.
FOR THE FOES
Washington led Westminster at the plate going 3-for-3 with two RBI.
Ingram (7-7) earned the victory limiting SU to one run, on seven hits, in 7.0 innings pitched.
