LOUISVILLE, Ky. – An error riddled ninth inning led to eight Anderson runs as the Golden Eagles fell, 10-4, losing at home for the first time in 2018. The loss drops SU to 6-2 on the season.

HIGHLIGHTS
Trailing 2-0 in the fifth, Spalding loaded the bases. Jeff Chapuran reached on a walk, and Evan Trentman singled advancing Chapuran to second. With two outs, the Ravens intentionally walked Dillion Sievert loading the bases to create a force out at any base. Senior second baseman Clay Kelly answered the challenge ripping three-run double to right center to give the Golden Eagles at one-run lead heading into the sixth inning.
With bases loaded in the top of the fourth, freshman pitcher Jack Parisi struck out Anderson's Grant Thompson to get out of a jam.
STAT LEADERS
Clay Kelly led Spalding at the plate going 1-for-3 with three RBI and a double.
Starting pitcher Jack Parisi went four and two-thirds innings holding Anderson to two runs, one earned, on four hits, while striking out nine batters and walking one.
Zach Jones pitched two innings of relief work holding the Ravens to one hit, while striking out three and walking one.
FOR THE FOES
Thomas Parker went 3-for-6 with three RBI to lead the Ravens at the plate.
Reliever Andrew Rolfsen (1-0) earned the win holding the Golden Eagles to one run, while striking out seven batters in three and one-third innings.
