LOUISVILLE, Ky- The Spalding Volleyball team fell to the Oakland City Mighty Oaks Tuesday afternoon, 3-1. After losing the first set 25-16, the Golden Eagles rallied back to take the second set but dropped the final two 25-12, 26-24.

HOW IT HAPPENED
⁃ Samantha Robison led the way for the Spalding offense with 15 kills. Emily Erickson finished with nine kills and Mya Summers was the main facilitator for the Golden Eagles, ending the game with 29 assists.
⁃ Dawson Kemme led the defense on the back line with 16 digs while Sarah Richards managed to come up with 15 digs.
⁃ Claudia Spivey finished the game with four blocks at the net.

FOR THE FOES
⁃ Bethanie Knepp fueled the Mighty Oaks offense with 18 kills for the game.
⁃ Lauren McCrary dished out 27 assists for Oakland City
⁃ Kristen Schorr came up with 31 digs for the game while Madison Ralph also added 27 digs of her own.
