LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Spalding University women's soccer earns a shutout in their final non-conference match topping Berea College, 2-0, late Tuesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Spalding scored a pair of first half goals to propel them to victory. SU slotted their first goal when
Lauren Locke found the back of the net in the 26
th minute.
Abby McGimsey added a goal in the 32
nd to make the final score, 2-0.
- The Golden Eagles dominated possession outshooting Berea 19 to 6, with an 11 to 3 advantage in shots on frame.
- Spalding also held a 7-0 advantage in corner kicks.

McKenna Pfeiffer (3-4-0) earned the win in goal recording three saves on the evening.
FOR THE FOES
- Madilyn Hord (2) and Rebecca Schmidt (1) combined for the Mountaineers three shots on goal.
- Amber Follin (0-7-0) suffered the loss allowing two goals while collecting nine saves.
