LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Spalding University women's soccer earns a shutout in their final non-conference match topping Berea College, 2-0, late Tuesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Spalding scored a pair of first half goals to propel them to victory. SU slotted their first goal when Lauren Locke found the back of the net in the 26^th minute. Abby McGimsey added a goal in the 32^nd to make the final score, 2-0.
- The Golden Eagles dominated possession outshooting Berea 19 to 6, with an 11 to 3 advantage in shots on frame.
- Spalding also held a 7-0 advantage in corner kicks.
- McKenna Pfeiffer (3-4-0) earned the win in goal recording three saves on the evening.

FOR THE FOES
- Madilyn Hord (2) and Rebecca Schmidt (1) combined for the Mountaineers three shots on goal.
- Amber Follin (0-7-0) suffered the loss allowing two goals while collecting nine saves.
