Box Score The Spalding women's soccer team suffered a 2-1 defeat in their St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) opener Saturday at Greenville College.
The Golden Eagles gave up two goals in the first half. Greenville's Maureen Murphy took a pass from Kelsey Panzau and slipped a shot past SU keeper
Kelsey Kaiser for the first goal of the game. The Panthers took a 2-0 advantage when Panzau found the back of the net in the 32nd minute.
