Charlie Just served 15 years as the Golden Eagles head coach. Just's accolades include: three-time Coach of the Year, member of the 2010-2019 SLIAC All-Decade Team, back-to-back SLIAC Champion (2014-2015), and 500+ wins in his 40 year coaching career.
