2016 Season
Diehl, Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference selection, finished 1st overall with 30 solo blocks and 2nd in conference in hitting percentage with a .436 her senior season. She appeared in 29 matches and finished 4th in conference with 4.1 points per set and 6th overall with 329 kills. Her best performance this season was against Webster October 7th where she set a new school record with a .818 hitting percentage.

2015 Season
Diehl, a First Team All-Conference selection appeared in 30 matches her junior season. She finished 1st in the conference in solo blocks with 33 and 2nd in conference in total blocks with 62. She finished the season with a .377 hitting percentage, second-best in the SLIAC. Her best performance was against Principia on September 18th where she had five solo blocks, eight total blocks and 13 kills. 

2014 Season
In her first season at Spalding, Diehl, a SLIAC Second Team All-Conference selection, appeared in 34 matches and 125 sets and posted a SLIAC leading .383 hitting percentage. On defense, Diehl finished ranked third in the conference 106 total blocks, including 48 solo blocks. Diehl ranked in the top-10 offensively with 284 kills averaging 2.27 kills per set. Diehl highlighted her season recording 15 kills on 19 attacks for an impressive .737 hitting percentage, while  adding five digs and four blocks on defense in Spalding’s 3-1 win at Greenville College.

Previous Awards
Prior to coming to Spalding, Jessica played at Assumption High School under the direction of legendary coach Ron Kordes. While at Assumption Jessica was a part of Rockets teams that won three-consecutive Kentucky High School State Championships ('04, '05, '06), as well as a High School National Championship in 2005.
