2014 Season
Wilkerson, a SLIAC All-Tournament Team selection, appeared in 34 matches her senior season. On the season, Casey ranked third in the conference in digs tallying 512 and fourth in digs per set (4.27). Wilkerson also ranked second on the team with 30 service aces. In the Eagles 3-2 victory over Greenville in the SLIAC semifinal, Wilkerson was rock solid on defense recording 24 digs with just one receiving error. .

2013 Season
In her third season with the Lady Eagles Casey Wilkerson led the team with a 3.82 digs per set average. Appearing in 92 sets, she finished the season recording 351 digs. Over the course of the season, Wilkerson recorded double digit digs in 21 of 27 matches including 23 digs, on October 18, in a 3-1 loss to Greenville College.

2012 Season
Wilkerson finished her second season with the Lady Eagles, ranking fourth in the SLIAC with a 4.93 digs per set average and a total of 498 digs.  She ended the season recording 11 assists and 23 points. Wilkerson recorded a career high 34 digs on September 7, 2012 in a 3-2 loss to Hanover College.

2011 Season
In her first season with the Lady Eagles, Wilkerson ranked third on the team in digs with a 1.93 digs per set average and 208 total digs. Appearing in 29 matches Wilkerson ended the season logging 8 matches with at least 10 digs including a season high 20 digs on October 1, 2011 as Spalding defeated Westminster College 3-2.

Previous Awards
Prior to beginning her tenure at Spalding, Wilkerson received All-Conference honors while playing for Louisville Male High School.
