Coach Freeland is currently in her 9th year at Spalding. While at Spalding, Freeland has helped Head Coach Shilo Rayburn and the women's soccer team reach new heights progressively impoving yeat to year. In 2015, the Golden Eagles finished 10-5-2 and 7-1-1 in SLIAC conference play earning the number two seed in the 2015 SLIAC Championship Tournament.
Freeland, a Bowling Green, Kentucky native and Western Kentucky University graduate, began her coaching career at Highland Youth Recreation (HYR). Following her time at HYR, Freeland became a coach at Jefferson East Youth Soccer Association (JEYSA), and at Net-Surfers Soccer Club. Coach Freeland also has coaching experience on the high school level, where she coached Atherton High School and received E License accreditation.
