2015 Season
Kelci Flener participated in 36 games earning SLIAC Second Team All-Conference honors. On the mound, Flener earned eight wins with four shutouts, finishing the season with a 2.52 ERA which ranked fourth in the conference, as well as holding opponents to a .239 batting average against. At the plate, Flener batted .319 scoring with a .440 slugging percentage, while scoring 19 and driving 15 RBIs on the season.

2014 Season
Kelci Flener had an outstanding sophomore season. Flener appeared in 30 games earning NFCA Midwest All-Region Third Team and First Team All-SLIAC honors, as well as being named the SLIAC Pitcher of the Year. Flener compiled a 15-9 record with a 2.55 ERA. She finished second in the conference in wins, and first in both innings pitched (151.0) and shutouts (4) winning 14 of her last 16 decisions. Offensively, Flener posted an impressive .341 batting average with 10 extra base hits in only 44 at bats.

2013 Season
In her first season as a pitcher for the Lady Eagles, Kelcie Flener led the team with a 3.05 ERA and 58 strikeouts. Flener earned SLIAC Pitcher of the Week two times over the course of the 2013 season including the week of April 5 when the Lady Eagles defeated Greenville College 2-0; Flener earned the win holding Greenville to only 2 hits. Through 38 at bats, Flener recorded 10 runs and 8 RBIs.
