2017 Season
As a sophomore, Chu scored on two of his six shots for Spalding. He registered two assists on the season as well. The defender appeared in 16 games, starting 12.   

2016 Season
In his first season as a Golden Eagle, Chu appeared in 19 games and started in 13 throughout the season. He earned a total of three points for his one goal and one assist. He was also awarded a spot on the SLIAC All-Sportsmanship team.
