2024 (5th Year): Garrett Mathews appeared in five games, starting five, before suffering a season-ending injury. He had a total of 20.1 innings pitched. Mathews also recorded 28 strikeouts, and had a 2-2 record. Mathews finished the season with a 4.79 ERA. 

2023 (Senior): Garrett Mathews appeared in 13 games, in which he started all of those games. He logged a career-best in three statistical categories those being; innings pitched, strikeouts, and record. Mathews had a total of 57.1 innings pitched during all of those innings for the season he recorded 65 strikeouts, and maintained a record of 6-1. Mathews also had a 3.61 ERA for the 2023 season.
