Jaden Cockerel is entering his first season with the Golden Eagles. Prior to his time at Spalding, he was a four-year contributor for Lindsey Wilson College Baseball. While playing at Lindsey, Cockerel was Team Captain during the 2024 season.Â
Cockerel earned a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Both Sport Management and Communication.Â
Cockerel will serve as a Defensive Coach, 1B coach, and assist with the hitters. Additionally, Cockerel will assist with camps, recruiting, and community outreach.Â
Cockerel is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. In addition to coaching at Spalding, Cockerel owns a player development business that serves youth baseball catchers and hitters.Â
