2017 Season
In 2017, Patterson appeared in 41 games. The senior shortstop registered a .331 batting average, swatted seven home runs, and drove in 36 runs. He highlighted his season going 5-for-6 with a pair of doubles, stolen base, and four RBI in a win over North Park. Patty was named to the SLIAC All-Conference Second Team for his work on the field.

2016 Season
Patterson finished his Junior season at SU with a .303 batting average and with a .447 slugging percentage. Patty ended the season with 40 hits and 35 runs batted in. Patterson also finished 2nd on the team with three home runs. Blake highlighted his season going 2-2 with a double and a home run tallying seven RBI in the Golden Eagles 25-4 win over Eureka.

2015 Season
Patterson finished his sophomore season at SU with a .286 batting average with a .534 slugging percentage. Patty ended the season with 35 runs batted in ranking seventh in SLIAC. Patterson also finished tops on the team with seven home runs with seven. Patterson highlighted the season going 2-for-2 with a home run and five RBIs in a 7-6 loss at Washington University.  

2014 Season 
Patterson appeared in eight games in his freshman season and had only four at bats. Out of these however, Patterson scored a run and swiped a bag.
