2016 Season
Cosgrove earned Second Team All-Conference and appeared in 31 matches in her senior season. She ended the season 3^rd overall with 1033 assists and 3^rd in conference in assists per set with 9.36. Cosgrove also finished 9^th in conference with 232 digs and 8^th in conference with 3.63 digs per set. Her best performance of the season was against Greenville October 8^th where she had 45 assists, 37 digs and 9 kills.

2015 Season

2014 Season
Cosgrove, a SLIAC Third Team All-Conference selection, appeared in 34 matches and 122 sets in 2014. On the season, Cosgrove passed out 944 total assists ranking second in the SLIAC, and averaged 7.74 assists per set. On defense, Katelyn finished the year with 338 digs and 48 total blocks. In the 3-1 win over Iowa Wesleyan, Cosgrove finished with 11 kills, 21 assists and six blocks assists totaling 17.0 points.

2013 Season
Katelyn Cosgrove finished the 2013 season second in assists with a 4.37 assist per set average and 424 total assists. She ended the season third in digs with 205 total digs in 97 sets. On November 2, in 3-2 win over Fontbonne University, Cosgrove recoded season highs, 14 kills and 15 points.

2012 Season
In her first year with the Lady Eagles, Cosgrove ranked third for Spalding in assists with a .41 assist per set average and 36 total assists. Appearing in 87 sets, Cosgrove finished fourth with 207 total digs.  She recorded a season high 23 digs on October 12, 2012 in a 3-1 loss to Westminster College; Cosgrove ended the game recording 11 points and 11 kills.

Previous Awards
Prior to beginning her collegiate carrer with the Lady Eagles, Cosgrove was named an AAU All-American and received All-District honors in Kentucky’s 22nd district.
