Balanced Attack Powers Spalding Past Principia

ELSAH, Ill. - In Spalding's 76–61 road victory over Principia, the Golden Eagles got strong contributions from across their roster, showcasing balanced scoring and efficient shooting.

TURNING POINT
Devonte McCampbell led the way with 16 points, shooting 6-of-9 from the field and going a perfect 4-of-4 from the free-throw line, while also pulling down 14 rebounds and dishing out 6 assists in a full 33 minutes of action. Lekendrick Morris added a highly efficient 14 points on 6-of-7 shooting, helping Spalding maintain offensive rhythm throughout the game. DeAireus Wells and Dawsyn Miller each finished with 8 points, both knocking down a pair of three-pointers and providing valuable perimeter scoring. Daylyn Redden also chipped in 10 points, going 4-of-4 from the floor and hitting both of his three-point attempts to keep the pressure on Principia's defense.

Additionally, Kameron Jones contributed 6 points, Xavier Burton had 5, and several other role players such as Marlin Byron and Jaelen Leavell added key minutes and efforts off the bench that helped Spalding sustain its lead.
