ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Senior Alexis Seay of Spalding University women's golf picked up a St. Louis Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SLIAC) Golfer of the Week honor, the conference announced Monday.

Seay carded rounds of 74 and 77 for 152, earning an impressive 20 pars and five birdies. She finished first overall and shot a +7. Seay also helped Spalding finished second place at the Great Lakes Women's Intercolligiate. 

It is the first SLIAC Golfer of the Week award for women''s golf and Seay for the spring season.

The Golden Eagles will play in the Bluffton/ONU Invitational on April 4-5.
