ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Spalding men's basketball delivered a complete performance on Saturday, earning a convincing 77–56 road victory over Wright State–Lake.

The Golden Eagles established control early, setting the tone with strong defense and efficient offense to build a 39–25 halftime lead. Spalding's ability to slow the pace, win battles in the paint, and limit second-chance opportunities allowed the team to take command of the game from the opening minutes.
The Golden Eagles maintained that momentum in the second half by sharing the ball and attacking inside.
Lekendrick Morris led the way with 15 points and 10 rebounds, anchoring Spalding on both ends of the floor.
DeAireus Wells added 13 points, while
Dawsyn Miller contributed 12, including timely shots that kept the lead comfortably in double digits.
Brunley Fon provided an additional spark with nine points as Spalding continued to score efficiently and take advantage of defensive stops.
Spalding's depth and balance proved to be the difference, with multiple players stepping up and the team executing its game plan for a full 40 minutes. The Golden Eagles' defensive effort and unselfish offense allowed them to pull away late and secure the road win, building momentum as they move forward in the season.
