OWENSBORO, Ky. – The Spalding track and field team competed at the Brescia Bearcat Invitational.
Noah McClellan continued his impressive freshman campaign winning the men's 3000-meter run clocking at time of 8:55.88. In addition, the trio of
Maxton Campbell, Joel Porra and
Parker Chatman competed in the 400 meters. Campbell led the group placing 19
th with a time of 58.83, while Porra placed 21
st (1:02.13) and Chatman took 22
nd (1:07.17).
Senior
Victoria Shedron highlighted the women's team racing to a 2
nd place finish in the 3000 meters. Shedron navigated the 3k with a time of 11:00.22.
Up next, the Golden Eagles will head to the SLIAC Outdoor Championships in Greenville, Illinois.
