DANVILLE, Ky. - The Spalding men's soccer team fell, 3-0, to Covenant in thier final game at The Bob Allen Nissan Classic, bringing the Golden Eagles record to 1-3-1 on the season.

The Golden Eagles gave up goals in the 8^th , 83^rd, and 88^th minutes, all coming off the foot of Covenant's CC Major. Spalding could not convert any of their three shot attempts. Goalkeeper Trevor Massa recorded seven saves on the night.
 
Spalding will now look ahead to Thursday, September 16 when they open SLIAC play on the road at Greenville at 7:00 PM ET.
