OWENSBORO, Ky. - The Spalding University track & field team competed at the Kentucky Wesleyan Twilight Friday evening.

Sophomore distance runner Jack Vinson highlighted the day with a sixth place finish in the 3000 meter run. Vinson clocked a time of 9:33.42, the third fastest outdoor 3k time in program history.

Peter McGowan raced alongside Vinson in the 3000m crossing the finish line in 9:51.14. In addition to the 3k, McGowan also secured a top-10 finish in the 1500m placing 10th with a time 4:32.33. 

Sprinter Will Costello competed in the 200m dash placing 9th with a time 26.60.
