Spalding match ends in 0-0 draw against Iowa Wesleyan

MOUNT PLEASANT, IA - The Spalding Golden Eagles fought hard against Iowa Wesleyan, both teams are tied for first in the SLIAC conference rankings, but left with a 0-0 tie after an intense match.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Spalding attempted to take home the victory with six shots on goal throughout the game. Their first shot was taken in the fifth minute by Alex Pacheco but was saved by Tiger's goalkeeper Trevor Haasis. 
-The Tiger's didn't take their first shot on the net until the 36th minute, but was saved by the Golden Eagles goalkeeper Trevor Massa. 
-In the second half, the Golden Eagles got off two shots on goal, one by Kornell Hilliard and one by Caleb Jackson, but were both saved by the Tigers. 
-In the second overtime, they fought hard trying to land a shot. In the 105th minute Clayton Henn fired a shot at the net, followed by a shot in the 106th minute by Alioune Cisse. Neither were successful leading to the 0-0 tie to end the game.
