ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Spalding women's soccer team suffered a 5-0 loss at the hands of the Webster Gorloks Thursday evening in St. Louis, Mo. The loss drops SU's record to 6-6-1 and 3-3-0 in conference play, while Webster improves to 13-2-1 and 6-0-0.

HOW IT HAPPENED

- The Golden Eagles were limited to four shots on the evening, with three coming on goal.

- Kayla Strehle (2-4-1) suffered the loss. The freshman was under attack from the opening whistle facing 11 shots on goal, while grabbing six saves.

FOR THE FOES

- The Gorloks were led by Nicole Bascio's hat trick (12', 55', 60'), and got one goal apiece from Melissa Kasper (53') and Carolyn Ries (64').

- Alisa Corallc (12-2-1) was credited the win finishing with one save playing 68:38 in the net.
