LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Kelsie Huffman found the back of the net in the 102^nd minute to lift the Spalding University women's soccer team to a thrilling golden goal victory over Illinois College, 2-1, double overtime.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The game was scoreless through the first 80 minutes. Abbi Quinn played a ball from just outside the the top right side of the box, Huffman one-touched the ball to Baylee Tabler who fired a shot past the keeper to put SU ahead with 10 minutes to play.  
- Huffman headed in the game-winner 1:46 into the second overtime off a ball played into the box by Julie McGee.
- The box score was identical at halftime, tied, 0-0, each team taking eight shots with three on frame.
- Spalding controlled possession in the second half outshooting Illinois College 15-to-5, putting seven shots on goal to IC's two.
- Freshman Ashlee Wilson (1-0-0), seeing her first collegiate action in goal, earned the win, collecting three saves.

FOR THE FOES
- Ashley Sholmire lofted a free kick from the top of the box over the outstretched arms of Ashlee Wilson  in the 87^th minute to send the game to overtime.
