LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Spalding University women's soccer team lost, 4-1, against Anderson University Wednesday at Champions Trace.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Spalding recorded three shots on goal throughout the game with one coming from
Morgan Rood and two Coming from
Paige Snepp. Spalding then scored shortly into the second half with a deflected shot assist from
Meghan Ogden to a rebound goal by
Paige Snepp during the 48
th minute of the game.

McKenna Pfeiffer (2-3-0), had six saves throughout the seventy minute game span.
FOR THE FOES
- The Ravens scored a quick goal during the 5
th minute, Emily Buchman found the back of the net assisted by Katie Frazer. During the 20
th minute of the game, Beverly Tanner tucked away a penalty kick to make the game 2-0. One minute later Maddie Martin scored and was assisted by Emily Buchman during the 21
st minute of the game. The final goal for the Ravens was scored during the 27
th minute of the game by Danae Miller and assisted by Haleigh Ciampa.
- Goalkeeper Allyson Saylor (4-1-1), made two saves against the Golden Eagles.
