St. Louis, MO.—The Spalding University volleyball team fell short in the second match of the day winning sets one and two, but losing the sets three, four, and five against the Eureka.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Despite the loss, the Golden Eagles finished with a .162 hitting percentage, their second highest of the seaso.
- Ashley Chase, Kendra Mahan, and Morgan Berning tied for a team-high 13 kills apiece.
- Defensively Mahan and Brittany Rickert led SU with 12 digs each, while Berning led the front row with two blocks.

FOR THE FOES
- The Red Devils had a .204 percent hitting average.
- Anna Crank led her team with 18 kills.
