ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Spalding Golden Eagles volleyball team suffered a loss at the hands of the Webster Gorloks Friday evening in three sets (25-21, 25-12, 25-22).

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Again, Spalding struggled to hit the ball finishing with a .055 hitting percentage.
- Morgan Berning led the Golden Eagles in kills with nine of SU's 34 total kills.
- Kendra Mahan tallied two service aces, while finishing with a team-high 15 digs.
- The Golden Eagles had 34 assists led by teammate Kaitlin Hall with 16 assists.
 
FOR THE FOES
- Webster's finished the match with hitting percentage of .243.
- Torie Grassi led the Gorloks with nine kills
 
UP NEXT
- The Golden Eagles will play a double header at Fontbonne University Saturday. Taking on Westminster at noon, followed by Eureka at 2 pm.
