Greenville, Ill. – The Spalding University volleyball team fell in three sets at Greenville College, 25-15, 25-16, 25-22, dropping to 4-13 overall and 3-6 in conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Golden Eagles struggled with their attack finishing the match with a -.041 hitting percentage.
- Claudia Spivey led SU with six kills, while Ashley Chase and Kendra Mahan had five each.
- Amanda Patterson lead Spalding in assists and service aces passing out 17 of SU's 19 assists and recording three of four service aces.
- Patterson and Kendra Mahan led the defense with nine digs apiece.
 
FOR THE FOES
- Allyson Mitchell led the Panthers attack with 11 kills, while Alex Falcone passed out 15 assists.
- Allyson Grabowski led Greenville's back row defensively with 18 digs, while Alex Gardner, Anna Finch and Brittni Bell controlled the net with four blocks each.

- The Golden Eagles will be back in action Friday night taking on Westminster College in Fulton, Mo. at 8 pm.
