LOUISVILLE, Ky.-- The Spalding University women's soccer team closed out the 2017 season falling to Webster, 1-0, Saturday afternoon at Woehrle Athletic Complex. The Golden Eagles finish the season with a 8-8 season and 5-4 in conference play.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Kelsie Huffman, Abby McGimsey and Ali Bumblis each took one of the three total shots for the Golden Eagles.
- Ashlee Wilson (3-3-0) suffered the loss allowing one goal while collecting nine saves.
 
FOR THE FOES
- Melissa Kasper was assisted by Carolyn Ries for the first and only goal of the game in the 85th minute.
- Alisa Coralic (6-1-0) earned the win collecting one save and giving up no goals in 45 minutes in goal.
