- The Golden Eagles had their highest kill percentage in the first set hitting 24.3%. However, the Grizzlies hit 35% taking the first set 25-19.
- Spalding evened match 1-1, taking the second set 25-20 converting 13 kills on 32 total attacks.
- Franklin went on to win sets three and four by the score of 25-21 to win the match 3-1.

KEY STATS
- Cayla Hoehler (16), Jessica Diehl (11), Erin Downs (10) and Victoria Heitzman (10) all recorded double-digit kill totals for the match.
- Heitzman recorded a kill/dig double-double tallying 10 digs to go with her 10 kills. This marks Heitzman's fifth kill/dig double-double of the season.
- Freshman setter Kaitlin Hall recorded a season-high 34 assists, almost doubling her previous high of 18 against Southern Virginia.
