Carlinville, Ill. – The Spalding University women's soccer team concluded their season with a 2-0 shutout at Blackburn College. With the win, Spalding will finish the season with a 7-10 record, and a 5-4 mark in SLIAC play.
The Golden Eagles first goal came 10:58 into the first half when
Baylee Tabler slotted a ball off rebound from an
Alecia Foley shot on goal.
SU's final goal of the game came 55 seconds into the second half.
Dee Dee Sliter found Tabler who fired the shot into the back of the net to make the final score 2-0.
Tabler scored both of SU's goals, while taking five shots with three coming on goal.

Kelsey Kaiser earned her sixth win of the year, and
Emily Lindsay played 66 minutes allowing no goals and colleting three saves.
